This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
a. Website & Application Development: Refunds for website or application development services will be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the project has not commenced, and the client decides to cancel before any work has begun.
- If the project experiences significant delays or failure to meet agreed-upon milestones due to reasons attributable to Ultra Media.
- If Ultra Media is unable to deliver the project as per the agreed-upon scope and requirements.
b. Graphic Designing: Refunds for graphic design services will be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the client requests a refund before any design work has been started.
- If the final designs significantly deviate from the client's approved concept or if there are substantial quality issues.
c. Digital Marketing: Refunds for digital marketing services will be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the client requests a refund before the campaign's implementation or advertising spend has occurred.
- If the campaign's performance is consistently below the agreed-upon benchmarks despite appropriate adjustments.
2. Process for Requesting a Refund:
a. Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request to Ultra Media via email or through our official communication channels. The request should include the reasons for seeking a refund, along with supporting documentation, if applicable.
b. Upon receiving the refund request, our team will thoroughly review the circumstances and evaluate whether the client is eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
3. Refund Amount and Processing:
a. The refund amount will be determined based on the services rendered, the progress made on the project, and the reason for the refund request.
b. In the case of eligible refunds, Ultra Media will process the refund within 3 business days from the approval date. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.
4. Non-Refundable Services:
a. Domain registration fees, third-party software licenses, or any other non-recoverable expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
b. If the client decides to cancel the project or services after the commencement of work, a refund for the portion of work completed may not be provided.
